The modern job search is laborious and chaotic. Candidates submit many dozens of resumes, track their job activity across several different files and tools. Candidates spend hours applying for jobs, trying to optimize time with AI, but missing all the context: your application history, your notes, your contacts, company insights, etc.
The Solution
CareerTrax brings applicant tracking and AI intelligence into one surface. By saving the actual job description alongside the application status, contacts, rich text notes, company analysis, and resume files, CareerTrax can proactively generate interview prep insights, highlight missing skills, and cross-track all of your activity in a way that optimizes organization.
Technical Architecture
Built on React + Vite, OpenAI, Supabase and Stripe. AI insights are grounded in the users activity on the platform (e.g., scraped job descriptions, application information, resume uploads, notes, etc.).
